Biographical Details
A Liverpool sculptor, he exhibited at the Liverpool Academy, giving his address as 3 Daulby Street in 1829, and Russel Street from 1837 to 1842. His monuments to Richard Phillips, Thomas Robinson and Vincent Glover are all tablets with figures of kneeling emblematic females (1, 3, 4). He was probably related to James Seddon.
