Biographical Details
James Seddon, who was probably related to C M Seddon, was a Liverpool sculptor and cotton broker. He worked at 5 Daulby Street, Liverpool. By 1832 he had moved his business to 8 Queen Street, Edge Hill. In 1847 he was in partnership with John Alexander Paterson Macbride. He is last recorded in 1872 as a ‘gentleman’ of 17 Ivy Leigh, Tue Brook (Liverpool Directory in GPC).
