Biographical Details
Barker’s only known work is a white marble tablet with cherubs at its top and cherubs’ heads below, commemorating James Ashe, †1733 (1). It is possible that he was the John Barker, carver of Clerkenwell and Westminster, whose will was proved by the Archdeaconry Court of London in February 1735.
