Biographical Details
Rouch exhibited at the Royal Academy, 1818-1833, and at the British Institution, 1821-1832, from 9 Fitzroy Row, New Road and 9 Clarence Place, Pentonville. In 1824 he was elected to the Artists’ Annuity Fund. As a widower he married Frances Moore, a widow, at St James, Clerkenwell, on 12 December 1833. He died on 11 August 1839 and his widow received payments from the Artists’ Annuity Fund from 1840 to 1844.
