Biographical Details	Blackwell signs two known monuments. Another sculptor with the same name, who may have been related to him, signs the monument to William Stinchcombe (†1870) at St Mary, Cheltenham. He is perhaps to be identified with the ‘T Blackwell,’ statuary and stone mason, recorded at Ebury Terrace, Chelsea in 1822 (Pigot 1822, 153).
