Biographical Details
Presumably a local statuary, he signs two monuments at Tetbury, the Romney, which has a portrait bust (1) and the Wickes (3), with its urn and draped pyramid. He appears to have been the son of Walter Webb of Isleworth, mason, and was apprenticed to John Boreman, ‘citizen and mason’ on 9 November 1736.
