Biographical Details
In 1704 Browne Willis, the antiquary, whilst at Bletchley, paid Weston £3 for restoring Lord Grey’s monument (1). Two inscribed slabs were also laid in the chancel floor to Willis’s parents and Gunnis notes that the armorials are surprisingly well carved (2).
