Biographical Details
He probably had an extensive practice since his death, aged 68, was noted in the York Gazette of 31 January 1835. Only two works have been identified, the Greek revival Worsley monument (2) and a tablet to Nathaniel Bruton with naval trophies at the base (1). The business was perhaps inherited by J and C Willoughby, ‘stone masons’, who worked at Everingham Hall in East Yorkshire.
