Biographical Details	He married Jane, the daughter of John Sandys, a Baptist minister, and eventually became the owner of a pottery in Staffs. In 1814 he was responsible for all the decorative carving on the market cross at Devizes (1). Later he superintended the decorative carving at Soane's Bank of England.
