Biographical Details
In 1821-2 Wyatt was paid £596 for mason’s work at Wotton House, Bucks, then being altered for the Marquess of Buckingham by Sir John Soane (Soane, Abstract of Bills, 5 fol 16). In 1802 Thomas and Richard Wyatt ‘Mason and Bricklayers’ were paid £2,529 for alterations to Aynho Park under Sir John Soane (Soane, Abstract of Bills 3, fol 124). Richard appears to have no connection with the well-known Wyatt dynasty.
