Biographical Details
Xavery was born in Antwerp, and visited Rome and Vienna before settling in The Hague c1721. He carved a bust of Prince William IV (1), which made news in England, perhaps because of the prince's marriage to the daughter of George II (2). He carried out extensive carving at Huis ten Bosch.
