Biographical Details
The son of William Bayes of Great Yarmouth, he continued his father’s yard at North Quay. Later he was in partnership with Thomas Burgess, of Great Yarmouth. Together they signed ledger stones at Winterton and Hemsby, Norfolk (inf Jon Bayliss).
