Biographical Details	Brown joined the Royal Academy Schools on 1 September 1820, at the age of twenty-one. He married Elizabeth, the daughter of John Francis and his wife Mary. She was born 11 April 1807, died a widow on 29 July 1859 and was buried with her parents in Highgate Cemetery.
